Pure Resourcing Solutions, an East Anglian recruitment consultancy had a strong brand and great local reputation for each of their offices but no real digital presence. Brandwork was brought on board to enhance and evolve the brand and create a website and digital strategy for the company.

Evolving the brand

We worked with the company to enhance their logo and create a brand that could evolve with the business strategy. We created a  wide range of online and offline marketing materials including brochureware, merchandise, consultant profiles, case studies and supporting material for exhibitions. We also looked at how to develop the brand to create an executive recruitment proposition and client loyalty scheme.

We engaged Brandwork to help us develop a new website and digital strategy for our specialist recruitment business. Simon and the team worked really closely with us and their whole “partnership” approach was brilliant. Digital Expertise

After a successful tender, we were chosen to roll out a new website for the company. We designed and created an engaging and interactive interface with real-time integration with Pure’s back office software. This ensured that consultants directly received relevant live CVs and back-end admin was reduced by introducing an automated response system.

Pure Personalisation.

The site included all the areas you would expect from a cutting-edge recruitment site – easy to use job search function, personalised candidate portal, added value areas such as blogs, training area and insights – helping set the website apart from the competition and encourage regular traffic.

Its all about the People.

One of Pure’s unique selling points is the company’s focus on people and building transparent relationships – whether that’s with the clients, candidates or their own employees. So we carried out a photoshoot of their staff to use throughout their online and offline material to emphasise this and bring the brand to life.

We also proposed a social media strategy and created a launch competition to get people talking about their new online brand and drive traffic to the site.
